And we love this 1930s 1940s jumper dress by Jo Hardin with its plunging neckline and 2 front rounded edge pockets! 

And this shade of yellow (slightly neon yet light enough to carry through spring and summer) is sure to bring a smile to the people around. 

We would pair it with a cute tighter 3/4 sleeve top and a dark-blue brooch. Brown oxfords and a boater's hat and a vintage book bag to top it all off!
